Serie A New Boys Pondering Late-Summer Move For Inter Milan Flop

Inter Milan's Andrea Pinamonti Could Be on the Move

Cremonese Interested in Acquiring Young Striker

After a dismal season with Inter Milan, young striker Andrea Pinamonti could be set to leave the club this summer, with Serie A new boys Cremonese reportedly interested in acquiring his services.

Pinamonti, 23, joined Inter from Genoa in 2020 but has struggled to make an impact at San Siro.

He has made just 32 appearances for the Nerazzurri, scoring only three goals, and spent last season on loan at Empoli, where he also failed to impress, managing just two goals in 31 outings.

Despite his struggles, Pinamonti remains a highly-rated prospect and Cremonese are believed to be eager to bring him to the Stadio Giovanni Zini.

The Grigiorossi, who secured promotion to Serie A for the first time in 26 years last season, are keen to strengthen their squad ahead of their return to the top flight.

Pinamonti would provide them with a young and exciting option up front, and he could be available for a relatively low fee, given his lack of playing time at Inter.

However, Cremonese will face competition for Pinamonti's signature, with several other Serie A clubs also said to be interested in the striker.

Pinamonti's agent has confirmed that there is interest in his client, but he has not yet made a decision on his future.

The Italian Under-21 international is said to be keen on playing regular first-team football, which could make a move to Cremonese an attractive option.

Cremonese are expected to make a formal offer for Pinamonti in the coming days, and it remains to be seen whether Inter will be willing to sell the striker.

If Pinamonti does leave Inter, it will mark the end of a disappointing spell for the young forward at the San Siro.

However, he will still have plenty of time to revive his career, and a move to Cremonese could provide him with the platform to do just that.
